Abandonment of God
John3:16-->God gave himself absolutely to fulfill his will, so tat we can be reconcil to him.
Wat a wonderful thought to know, tat when we were sinners, God still loves us.
God's abandonment never produces the consciousness of its own effort, because the whole life is taken up with the 'One', being abandon to.
Did, God ever counted the cost to save our souls? I don't know the answer, but I know even if he did, the consequences never bother him. He knew wat he wanted, therefore, the consequences never affect his plan nor outlook towards the path of reconcilation.
Wat then must we do to abandon or that we have to be with him? Do we need to count the cost? Yes, some do, some don't. Its the same as, blessed are those who believe w/o seeing or experience his touch.Count the cost if we must, but if we had already decided to abandon everything just as he did for us, then our path n outlook shouldn't waver from our decision. Tat is to worship him..n.honour him.
Sometimes, we've to live beyond just expecting the super-natural touch..the 'divine sign' or the high we get, when we can feel his touch so close. Those are important moments, but its also just as important tat our faith isn't build on these moments. If we did, then we're only worshipping WORSHIP. Not God. We're worship the fact tat we're saved, n not being empowered by the beautiful act of the CROSS. There's a difference.
I guess its a difference when we declare an abandonment to Christ, or call ourselves students of the faith. One is forever, the other is conditional.

Lord, search my heart...may my eyes be fixed upon u. May I be willingly, created in me a heart tat's been abandon to you.. A heart tat no longer lives for me, but a heart tat seeks your will. I pray to be a vessel for your works. May I please u.
