A rollercoaster.

TOday, life was challenging to say the least.

Used my concession bus for the first time. It was good to finally able to use it. I mean, I'll proably save $20+ a month, but I paid $64++ at one go...gosh, suddenly, my wallet had $4...haha..

Nearly couldn't get on the bus, seems like once the school semester starts, the students just hog the bus, making it near impossible to get on.. and 2 stops down the road, the bus is filled with plenty of standing space again.

doesn't help, once i missed this bus, I not be in camp...on time!

work in the day wasn't easy, my superior was in a demanding mood today, asking me abt jobs tat aren't urgent, and showing little concern abt the task at hand!!
and I'm doing his JOB!!!
He can be sitting in his office, chit-chatting, while I work out all his paper-work..then he can be corny and say, "at the back of my mind, there'll be problem.Its ok, we do wat can be done first.!"
I gave him the evil stare..a PTE, straing back, and he back off, saying he needed to go for his medical appointment..'oh wateva'
I know I'm not working for him, but for Christ.
W/o Christ, I would have flipped the tables on him.
In fact, in camp, I've to often remind myself tat I'm a living witness for Christ, thus ppl often joke tat I won't say expletives to fit-in, or join them in their 'chiong '-or girl watching sessions. Or tat I'm still a PTE.
yes, I should have been promoted last month, or even before tat, and now I may have news tat I may not get my promotion anytime soon, due to some admin issue.
Gosh, its not the matter of money and status, but how much can a PTE do, in a world of REGMENTIAL system, where rank is often used to get work done.
I call and do work, I sign off as PTE SHANE CHONG.
I'm not ashamed of it, but I do get upset, tat I'm last in every Q, or when they'll say things, like , Oh, a PTE can't do this. becoz, u're small fry!!

Enjoyed watching a great tennis match today, SAFIN and Feder were fantastic. SAFIN won in the end, but it was a match worthy of any final. Kinda makes me remembered the time when we used to play tennis. Hope to play with her ....some day.

I need to zzzzzZzz... but i do hope to get one call tat makes me : )
